The Meteorological Department has issued an alert for strong storm, lightning and rain with gusty winds in many parts of the state for the next 24 hours. Meteorologists say that due to a new western disturbance and local cyclonic circulation, there has been a sudden change in the atmosphere of Rajasthan, due to its effect, favorable conditions have been created for dust storm and light to moderate rain at some places. Indradev appeared kind to the city and rural areas due to heavy rain after the strong storm that hit Jaisalmer at night.

Thunderstorm and rain alert in these divisions
If the weather department is to be believed, people troubled by humidity and heat in the capital Jaipur may soon get a big relief. The city is likely to remain partly cloudy during the next 24 hours. Along with this, there are chances of rain along with thunder, lightning and strong gusty winds of 40 to 50 kilometers per hour in Jaipur and its surrounding rural areas.
